Here are a few of the things that make up who I am and aim to be: an empathetic human being, husband, friend, avid reader, writer, trail runner, traveler, and a big fan of music and goats.
I was born in Portland, Maine and now live in New York. I spent the last 20 years working as a journalist, producer, and storyteller, primarily in digital media and television.
